New on SI: Players Will Vote on CBA with "Democratic Process" says NFLPA President Eric Winston

SI's Jenny Vrentas reports from the NFL Combine where, in tandem with the evaluation and scouting that will continue to happen this weekend, the NFL and the players are discussing how to proceed with league business while the version of the CBA proposed by the owners awaits a vote by the players. NFLPA President Eric Winston says the player's association is not rushing anything and the CBA decision will be a democratic process.
