Brady and the Buccaneers have agreed to a one-year extension that locks him in through 2022 and also gives the team some cap room, according to
multiple reports.After signing a two-year, $50 million deal last offseason, Brady has one year left on his original deal.
Brady and the Bucs are fresh off of his seventh Super Bowl victory, where he also won his fifth championship MVP trophy. The veteran quarterback will be 44 in August and has previously stated that he would "consider" playing past 45.
